The commitment to SANICLEAN initiative builds on Nuran’s long-standing cleanliness protocols, and enhances the existing program with guidance developed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including recommendations related to deep cleaning, disinfecting, hygiene, and social distancing best practices and protocols.
Our hotel has always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and well being of our guests with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene. With the risks associated with COVID 19, and in keeping with DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY guidelines, we have implemented a number of additional measures for the safety of our guests and our people - some of these steps are:

All touch points in public areas like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during the housekeeping service.

Sprayers with professionally identified chemicals are being used to disinfect the hotel entrances, employee entrances, as well as various public areas.

Protocols are in place for all staff to sanitize their hands frequently in spite of using PPE.

Staff Body temperatures are monitored regularly.

Dispensing hand sanitizers at all public spaces and include the entrances, lobby, corridors, etc.

Our cars are disinfected after each use, as is luggage, before entering the hotel.
